who can help you meet your goals. You can trust Mosaic Wealth to offer you the best and the brightest talent available today. Click on one of the portraits below for more information.

Mosaic Wealth defines the best of what you should expect from a wealth management company: thoughtful, caring people who listen to your goals and dreams, and know what it will take to achieve them. Our intentional process is designed to foster trust, grow relationships, and provide existing and prospective clients with the same high-quality experience. This allows our clients the ability to define their vision of their ideal future and follow a process to achieve that vision.

The difference comes in the firms’ ability to attend to all the details of your total net worth through a multidisciplinary team approach. Wealth managers look at the big picture of your financial scenario, including investments, real estate holdings, insurance/income protection, tax planning, business profits, charitable giving and more.

When I was 10, I got my first job delivering newspapers for USA Today. In middle school and high school, I mowed lawns and had a virtual monopoly in the neighborhood where we lived. As a student at the University of Central Florida, I brokered baseball cards and worked two jobs in order to pay my way through school. I learned at an early age two very important lessons from my parents: 1) money does not grow on trees and 2) if you get a good education, and you’re willing to work hard, anything is possible. After finishing college and working for another privately owned firm for four years, it only seemed natural that I would start Mosaic Wealth Management Group.

In March 1996, I set out with the vision to serve clients by delivering objective and unbiased wealth management solutions. Like most business owners, it was a lonely start and truth be told, Mosaic Wealth Management Group was not much of a group at all. Since those early, isolated days subleasing an 8’ x 8’ office from an attorney I knew, we have been blessed to assemble an extremely talented team of advisors and staff, all sharing the same passion to deliver best of class solutions with world class service.

Beyond the walls of Mosaic Wealth, my life could be summed up in three words: husband, father, and fan. My bride, Ashley, is my best friend. She is the mother and taxi cab driver of our two beautiful children. Our daughter, Morgan, has a passion for theatre and dance, and is a student at Circle School of the Arts. Our son, TJ, is an avid soccer player. We spend countless hours following his team around the State of Florida, and even had the privilege of traveling to watch him play in the United Kingdom. But it’s the fan in me that shamelessly cheers for all things UCF, and those who really know me will confirm that as a family, we bleed black and gold for our Knights!

Todd M. Woodard, Sr. what we believe

We believe that clients have spent a lifetime amassing their assets and our behavior should demonstrate absolute respect for their hard work and resulting wealth.

When I was a sophomore in college, I took my first trip to the New York Stock Exchange and ever since have been fascinated by the world of finance. Standing in the NYSE observation room, which has since been closed to the public, was the spark that lit my enthusiasm to become a Financial Planner. That, combined with my passion for helping others and my enjoyment of finance, has allowed me to build life-long relationships with my clients.

After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a Finance degree in 2002, I joined Mosaic Wealth Management Group as a Financial Planner and began working in what has become an extremely fulfilling career. In addition to being fully licensed, I became the Registered Securities Principal of the firm in 2005 and shortly thereafter obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. While I specialize in financial planning, I have studied taxation extensively and serve as a source of reference to our clients.

Having grown up in South Florida, being on the water has always been my escape for relaxation and fun. When I am not helping my clients plan for their futures, you can find me fishing, boating or lounging in New Smyrna Beach with my wife Lauren, a freelance writer, and our two son's Bryce and Rylan. We also love to travel and visit new places. A few of our favorites have been Banff, Canada, Riviera Maya, Mexico, and the beautiful Irish Coast. Being a UCF Alum, I have a passion for UCF athletics and even played ice hockey during my time as a student. From time-to-time, you can still find me passing around the puck at our local rink.

Matthew J. Marcoux what we believe

We believe that objectivity is the single greatest variable separating a good firm from a great firm.

Ever since I can remember, my passion has been to help people in any way possible. Working with clients to plan for and achieve their life goals is something I really enjoy and find rewarding. Americans are more responsible than ever before for their financial future, and quality, objective guidance has never been more required. My personal and professional goals are the same: to build strong relationships and have a positive impact on those around me.

After graduating with honors in Finance from the University of Central Florida, I became fully licensed and in 2011 earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. You can find me writing periodically in the Orlando Sentinel’s ‘Ask the Expert’ column in the Business section. I’m also involved with the Oviedo YMCA Board of Directors, UCF College of Business Alumni, First Baptist Church Oviedo, Kiwanis Club, and Executives Association of Greater Orlando. I’m an Eagle Scout, avid golfer, and UCF sports fan.

As a rule, I aim to live a well-rounded life of purpose, integrity, and new experiences. Having been exposed to many sports as a child, I’ve also learned to welcome and embrace a challenge. I once tried out for UCF Football as a walk-on to play tight end. However, my competitive golf background did little to prepare me for this and after an hour of intense football drills, my time was up. What an experience it was, but now my hobbies include flag football, reading, golf, and guitar.

The two most important lessons I’ve ever learned – enjoy what you do and always lend a hand. These lessons did not always come in the form of spoken advice. My passion for helping others, and for finance, stemmed from the many examples set forth by my parents. Bringing these principles to Mosaic Wealth Management Group, I’m able to use the platform I have to make a positive impact in the lives of my clients. My vision is to help clients achieve theirs, through a disciplined client-focused relationship. I believe that every client’s situation is unique and their planning should be treated as such.

While graduating with honors in Finance from the University of Central Florida, I was already looking forward to my career as a financial planner. As a student I sat for, and earned, my insurance and real estate licenses so I would be ready to hit the ground running. I quickly became fully securities licensed and joined the Mosaic Wealth team. This drive and passion I have for helping people has led me to work with various non-profit organizations, such as Threshold Center for Autism and Easter Seals Disability Services.

John F. Kennedy is a name that's not so easy to forget. Go ahead and ask me about my relation to the President, you're likely to hear a wild story. Even better, I married the love of my life, Jackie. And yes, that’s really her name! As an avid Atlanta Braves fan, you may find me doing the ‘tomahawk chop’ in the office from April to October as I pull for my team to win the pennant. In addition to baseball, I enjoy running with my dog, appropriately named Chipper.

We believe that true wealth creation, wealth preservation and wealth transfer come with daily discipline.

Stephanie Bosch Client Service Specialist

At Mosaic Wealth Management Group, you can often find me behind-the-scenes organizing and tending to the things that will add to our clients’ experience. I believe our clients deserve the best, and I’m dedicated to making this a reality. Although I am dually licensed in insurance and securities, my focus is working with our clients and advisors to ensure that all the intricate planning details come together.

I graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida with degrees in Humanities and Philosophy. Learning for learning’s sake is something that I love, and I plan to return to academics in the coming years. I previously managed the back office of a financial advising firm that Mosaic Wealth acquired in 2011, and I enjoy bringing that background and experience to our clients.

I am blessed to be married to my wonderful husband, Seth. Our story has been a modern fairytale, and I’m so lucky to have married my best friend. Music is my great passion in life, and I spend much of my free time writing songs and singing. I am very involved in my church, and I lead a ladies ensemble as a part of my musical pursuits. Everywhere I go, I find myself in the diet minority as a vegetarian, even in my own home, outnumbered by my husband and our dogs.
